His perspective is shaped by years of experience advising and supporting complex initiatives across strategy, operations, and technology within large, cross-functional organizations. He believes lasting progress comes from thoughtful, long-term thinking rather than quick fixes, and from creating the conditions where good decisions can take hold. This approach extends beyond the work itself, shaping the relationships and trust that make meaningful progress possible.
Joe is especially excited to be building Omni Strategy Partners alongside his sister, Liz, whose experience working with nonprofit organizations brings an important perspective to the firm. Working together represents a meaningful full-circle moment for them both, combining shared values with a commitment to helping organizations navigate complex challenges with clarity and care.

Her perspective is shaped by more than 15 years of experience across fundraising, philanthropic strategy, public-benefit technology, and municipal economic development. She believes lasting impact comes from aligning funding, governance, and operations — creating the conditions where mission-driven work can grow with integrity and resilience.
As a foster and adoptive parent, her commitment to opportunity and stability for children and families is both personal and professional. At Omni Strategy Partners, she helps nonprofit organizations clarify direction, strengthen their foundations, and build the trust required for long-term change.
